The Sustainability Institute’s eCommerce portal provides both individuals and emerging companies with a cost-effective way to meet their sustainability training needs. By providing you with a self-serve training delivery and management tool, the Sustainability Institute helps businesses meet the ever-changing needs of their employee development requirements.

How It Works

Setting up your solution is fast and simple. After you click on the “BUY” button, choose your user level and then choose your course level. The selections will generate a price, which changes as you explore your options. Once you’ve selected both of those options, click the “next” button to create a profile, enter your payment information and begin training! Single users are ready to go. If you’re buying multiple seats for your business, the next step is to begin creating user accounts. The process is very straight forward – enter name and email address information, then click the “+” symbol. Continue until you’ve either filled all seats, or have entered all users you want to train.

At this point, you’ll be able to review your account. Remember, the buyer is designated as the site administrator. This person can access completion reports or change the site configuration. Changing the selected user-level or courses just takes the click of the “change” button from the admin panel – which is the default homepage for administrators.

It is not NECESSARY to choose all available courses before completing your purchase. As the administrator, you can pick 2-of-3 OR 3-of-13 (NOTE: you’ll have 13 selections available when you choose the whole library because the 8.45 video modules total TEN titles).

The TEN modular videos are being offered as the equivalent of one course.

User Options:

There are four user levels available for purchase through the Sustainability Institute:

• 1
• 1-25
• 26-50
• 51-100

A single-user has the ability to train himself with full tracking and training functionality. The other three user-buckets allow an emerging business to train up-to and including the maximum number of users in the selected level. For example, if you choose the “1-25” user-level, you can setup ten (10) users initially, then add users as your company grows!

There are four groups of courses available:

• 1 courses
• 2 courses
• 3 courses
• Entire library

The Sustainability Institute offers THREE (3) primary courses and TEN (10) video modules that are equivalent to ONE (1) complete course. The “Entire Library” constitutes these three primary courses and ten video modules.

Click the check box to select each one individually. Once you have completed the selections, continue with the setup process.

Please remember that you can mix and match your course configurations – in ONE, TWO or THREE course packages – any way you choose. However, the pricing is based on the value associated with SUST01, SUST02 and SUST03. Therefore, if you choose SUST01 and SUST02, then add SUST12, you will be taking less training for your purchase price.

Admin Experience:

Once you’ve completed the initial setup, the admin panel will look familiar to you. It will be the default view for a company administrator, and the option to “Change” or “Upgrade” both user and course level is just a click away. If you need to add users or courses to the site, just click on the “Change” button and you will be taken back to the user addition and course selection views accessed before.
